At Revere Studio, we strive to provide all our customers with excellent service and a pleasant shopping experience. 100% Return Policy on New Products
At Revere Studio, you can of course return products if you change your mind or if the item does not fit as expected. We want all our customers to feel confident when shopping with us. However, there are some exceptions: sale items, lamps, and jewelry unfortunately cannot be returned. This is due to hygienic reasons and the fact that these items are sold in limited quantities. This ensures a fair process for all our customers while maintaining the quality of our most unique products.

No Refunds for Sale Items
Products purchased on sale are not eligible for refunds. These purchases are final and cannot be returned or exchanged, even if the wrong size was ordered. Since we are unfortunately closing down, sale items can no longer be returned, as these are our last remaining pieces.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Revere Studio does not reimburse return shipping costs and is not responsible for any expenses related to the return process. In some cases, return costs may amount to $49 USD per shipment, as we collaborate with international partners online.

Deadline for Return Notification
Returns must be reported within 30 days of receiving the item. After this period, returns will not be accepted. Please adhere to this timeframe to be eligible for a return.

Exchange of Sale Items
Sale items cannot be exchanged, even if the wrong size was ordered. Please ensure you select the correct size before completing your purchase.

We offer a full guarantee on all defective items. If a product is found to have a manufacturing defect, it can be returned for a full refund or replacement, depending on your preference.

Return Process
To initiate a return, you must send an email to customerservice@revere-studio.com Once your return is approved, you will receive detailed instructions to complete the process.

Processing Returns
Once we have received your return shipment, we will send a confirmation via email. The processing time for returns is typically 2 to 7 business days. During this period, we inspect the item for signs of use and ensure that it meets our return conditions. Once the return is approved, you will receive confirmation, and the purchase amount will be refunded within 7 business days using the same payment method used for the purchase. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few extra days before the amount is visible in your account.

Requirement for Return Form
Returns without a completed return form cannot be processed. Please make sure to include this form with your return to ensure proper handling of your request.
